What Do You Need From Me?
The two main things are a) the content for the website (ideally in Word or Google Docs), and b) any images that you want on the website.
The latter would usually include those big header images, a headshot of youself, and/or photo(s) of your business location, therapy room etc. If you'd like to go for my Package B then I'll help you find the banner images, and if you're going for package C then I'll actually source them for you.
How Long Does It Take?
After you've sent me your content I'll send you back an invoice for the 50% deposit. I then guarantee a maximum of 12 working days for the first draft.
After that it's just a matter of you feeding back any changes that you might want.
In total, it usually takes around three to four weeks from when you pay the deposit to when the website goes live.
Will I Appear At the Top Of Google?
That's a question that I (understandably) get asked a lot, but involves so many factors that there's never a short answer. Google and other search engines use various algorithms to serve up search results, with hundreds of 'ranking factors'. For example the age of the website, number of visitors, specificity of the search phrase, amount of competition, relevance, and much much more.
If you're located in London, with hundreds or thousands of direct competitiors, and someone searches for "CBT Therapy London", then you'll be up against all of those competitiors for just 10 results on page one of Google.
At the other end of the scale, if you're in a small town and someone searches for "Jane Murray therapist

What Is SEO?
SEO (search engine optimisation) does what it says on the tin: it optimises your website so the search engines look favourably on it. .SEO can be split into two areas: on-site and off-site SEO. The latter is essentially online PR, and there are SEO agencies that speciailise in it. It involves a lot of leg work, can become very expensive, and there are no guarantees because the search algorithms can change What Is SEO@
