Every website I build is completely bespoke, designed from the ground up using the information you provide. I'll send the first draft within 12 working days of receiving your content, then you can share any feedback or request changes. Most sites go live within around three weeks, start to finish.
Once your site is live, you're free to make as many (or as few) updates as you like. I’ll provide login details, and a simple step-by-step guide for basic edits like updating text or images - no tech skills required. And if you ever need a hand, I’m always here for ad-hoc support and more complicated updates.
Unlike many web designers and agencies, I have no hidden costs and no monthly fees, just an all-inclusive rate to build and launch your site. Once it’s live, you won’t pay another penny - I’ll handle hosting and security updates, so your website can focus on what it’s meant to do: showcasing your professionalism and bringing in more clients.

- Basic on-site SEO (search engine optimisation)
- Free amendments between the first draft and going live
- Pro-level testing and tweaking to ensure your website looks great and works well on all different devices, screens and browsers
- Setting up your web hosting, connecting the website to your domain name, putting the site live, activating SSL/HTTPS security, making a favicon for bookmarks and browsers, taking back-up copies of the website, creating an online copy for testing amendments
- My PDF tutorials on how to use your site and make updates
Package B: Power Site
£650.00 fully inclusive of
All of package A plus:
- Advice & instructions on how to easily buy your domain name (personalised website address), or move your existing domain to the new website
- Advice on sourcing free images for the website
- Advice on writing professional, informative and engaging content to attract new clients
- Manual submission of website and sitemap to Google Webmaster, ensuring your site is 'crawled' swiftly, and fully, and helping with Google search results
- Advanced on-site SEO work to push your site further up search results (i.e. keyword rich URLs, internal links, alt-text on images, embedding keyword relevant metadata and page descriptions, etc.)
Package C: Full Pack
£750.00 fully inclusive of
All of packages A and B plus:
- Sourcing photos on your behalf from professional image sites
- Proof reading (one set of feedback giving advice, corrections & suggestions for website layout, spelling, grammar, flow, SEO & marketing)
- Setting up a Google Business listing – displays your business separately on Google results and Google Maps, and helps with search results and visibility. Also gives insights on how customers search for your business
- Free GDPR / Privacy Policy page (your content)
Package D: Full + Consultancy
£995.00 fully inclusive of
All of packages A, B and C plus:
- A 90-minute phone or Zoom consultation, to make an initial plan of action for your business and your website. Helping to identify your objectives; target market; what service you plan to offer, how and where; how to approach your website; and (particularly for new businesses) advising on the tips, tricks and logistics of starting and running a small business.
- A second 90-minute phone or Zoom consultation after the website is launched: one-to-one tuition to show you how to edit your site, plus a marketing-focused discussion to help you start and/or move your business forward. I then send you a 7-Page PDF with operational and marketing advice for your therapy business. Includes further detail on areas such as bank accounts, client payments, business landline on your mobile, SMS appointment reminders, easy health insurance billing, room rental advice, liability insurances, booking services, back-ups and security, stationery, logos, video call tips, getting more business and referrals, and more.
- Therapy templates: contracts and client information forms for you to utilise in your sessions.

- Extra website pages: £85.00 per page for Packages A/B; £95.00 per page for Packages C/D to include proof-reading.
- Advisory docs: £20.00 each (sourcing images, domain names, writing content as in package B)
- Sourcing images for you: £55.00 flat fee (as in Package C)
- Proof reading: £9.50 per website page (as in Package C)
- Operational and marketing advice: £45.00 (as in Package D)
